Remember that even if you feel well, the vertebrae in your back and neck can move out of place slightly in your daily life. Once the shift "Subluxation" begins, it encourages others to follow. You then experience pain and/or tension in your back, neck, shoulders, hips and legs. Subluxation is a "bone out of place putting pressure on a nerve" and can lead to other bodily issues. Check out the home page, click on the turning man to see the symptoms and effects caused by Subluxation.

Give us a call if you feel any discomfort so that we may be able to help you with your Chiropractic health! If it has been more than three months since you have been in, maybe it's time for a tune-up!
